The Pomurska obzorja journal is a professional periodical publication. The main purpose of publishing the magazine is to publish professional contributions with natural science, technical, biotechnical, medical, humanistic and social science content and thus to inform both the professional and lay public about developments and innovations in these fields. Special attention is paid to obtaining professional contributions that will discuss topics related to Pomurje. The core of the magazine is represented by professional articles from the aforementioned fields.
Articles are published in Slovenian or English language, and other languages if previously so agreed with the Editor. Editorial board accepts for publishing only articles that were not previously published and are not under consideration for any other publications at the same time. Acceptance of articles is subject to an anonymous peer review.

Publishing Frequency: 2 issues per year. Full-text versions of the papers are available free of charge in Acrobat portable document format (pdf).
